Hockey-only. No fluff.
Workload deviation
How much ice time is a player actually getting tonight vs. their season norm? That single number predicts a huge slice of prop outcomes. Almost no consumer tool tracks it live. Puckflow does, on every player, every shift.
Live xG + shot maps
Every shot location → league finishing rate → weighted by shot type. Pre-game projections that carry through to live play, so the number you saw at puck drop is the same model tracking the game in real time.
Prop tracker with dead/hit grading
Add a prop, see live pace, get a clear hit/dead read as the game develops. Knows the difference between regulation and OT, between a forward and a defender, between season-norm TOI and tonight's usage.
Built from the inside.
I played hockey through college, coached a high school team to a state championship, and spent years co-hosting the Fantasy Golf Degenerates podcast with Kenny Kim, building the kind of projected-ownership analytics serious DFS bettors actually trust.
Puckflow is what happens when those two lives meet: real-time NHL analytics built by someone who knows the game from the inside, for the bettors and fans who already know it too.

The honest answers.
What sport?
Just hockey. Intentionally. No multi-sport noise — every feature is built for NHL specifically.
Do I need an account to use it?
Not for the free dashboard. The live games view, shot maps, and matchup analytics work right now without signing up. Pro features (unlimited prop tracking, alerts, cross-device sync) will require an account when payments open.
Where does the data come from?
Public NHL APIs (api-web.nhle.com — the same feed the NHL.com site uses) plus NHL Edge for skating speed data. Live xG is computed from every shot location with a model that weights by shot type, distance, and angle.
Why $14/mo?
Comparable hockey-analytics + prop tools run $20–30/mo. Solo founder pricing, sustainable margin, no VC pressure to crank prices. First 50 waitlist signups lock in $5/mo for life.
Will you support [other sport]?
No. Hockey is the entire focus. If we ever expand, it would be deeper into hockey (junior, international, AHL) — not into other sports.
When does Pro launch?
Within a few weeks. Payments infrastructure is the next build — see the changelog at /changelog once it ships. Waitlist gets notified first.
